What we keep
CS2Guess keeps as little as it can. If you play as a guest, we set one cookie with a random id so your games for the day are saved. If you sign in, we keep your account name, how you signed in (Google, Steam or a username and a hashed password), your picture from Google or Steam if there is one, and your game scores.
We do not ask for your email. We do not run ads. We do not sell or share your data.
Cookies
We use two cookies: one to keep you signed in, and one for guest progress. Both are needed for the site to work. There are no tracking or ad cookies.
Sign-in with Google or Steam
When you sign in with Google, we get your Google account id, name and picture. When you sign in with Steam, we get your public Steam id, name and avatar. We use these only to show your name and keep your scores.
Server logs
Our server keeps short-term logs with IP addresses to stop abuse, like too many guesses per minute. These are not kept long term.
Your rights
You can download everything we keep about you, or delete your account and all your scores, from your profile page at any time. Deleting is final.
Children
CS2Guess is meant for players aged 13 and up.
Changes
If this policy changes, we will update the date at the top of this page.
